Manor Township accepts land parcel from Lancaster Township
Supervisors unanimously approved accepting "Lot Add-On Parcel A" from Lancaster Township and authorized recording the deed; motion by Supervisor Allan Herr and second by George Mann.

The board voted to accept a parcel identified as "Lot Add-On Parcel A" from Lancaster Township, as shown on the Preliminary/Final Land Development and Lot Add-on Plan recorded at Subdivision Plan Book 2026-1240-J at the Lancaster County Recorder of Deeds. Supervisor Allan Herr moved to accept the parcel and authorize recording the deed conveying it to Manor Township; Supervisor George Mann seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
