Board sets planning session and regular meetings, adjourns special session
The newly seated chair announced a board strategic planning session on Aug. 27 (8 a.m.), an evening social that day at 5:30 p.m., and the Sept. 2 regular business meeting at 6 p.m., before adjourning at 4:42 p.m.

After completing officer elections the new chair reviewed the board calendar. The board strategic planning session is scheduled for Aug. 27 at 8 a.m.; the location will be determined but will be inside the district. A social for board members and staff is scheduled the evening of Aug. 27 at 5:30 p.m. The regular board business meeting is scheduled for Sept. 2 at 6 p.m. in the council chambers.
