Commissioners remand Stallion Ranch contested case to Planning Director after failed dismissal vote

The Board considered Hearing Officer James Radda's recommendation in Contested Case Docket #2026-0001 (Stallion Ranch). An initial motion to accept the recommendation to dismiss the appeal failed (1-3 with 1 abstention); the Board subsequently voted unanimously to remand the matter to the Planning Director for a new interpretation.

The Teton County Board of Commissioners held a contested-case discussion concerning Stallion Ranch (Docket #2026-0001) and the status of Formal Interpretation INT20250002. Hearing Officer James Radda presented the summary disposition and legal arguments. Mark Sullivan, representing the Willowbrook Owners Association and Teton Pines Owners Association, and Keith Gingery, representing the Planning Director, each gave opening arguments and answered questions from the Board.
