Chris Neubecker, Director of Planning and Building Services, requested board approval of a sole-source agreement with OPS Strategies to assist staff in updating specific Land Development Regulations (LDRs), including Rural PRD, Complete Neighborhood PRD, and floor area allowances for small parcels in the R1 zone.
