The council approved Resolution 2026-13 and Resolution 2026-14 authorizing the City Administrator to apply for FY 2026 State Homeland Security Program funds via the Texas Office of the Governor. Resolution 2026-13 covers regular projects and Resolution 2026-14 covers LETPA projects; minutes state both resolutions were approved unanimously.
