The City of Kenedy Planning and Zoning Board approved a variance for the property at 410 Booe St. at its April 3, 2025 meeting, allowing front- and rear-yard encroachments of 11.3 feet to permit construction of a 1,697-square-foot single-family home. Code Enforcement Officer Crestino Garcia presented the variance request and cited Ordinance Chapter 90, Section 90-8 ("SF" Single Family District) on setback requirements.
