Patrick County Board adopts 2nd Amendment sanctuary resolution

The Patrick County Board of Supervisors voted to adopt a resolution expressing support for the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and the corresponding provisions of the Virginia Constitution, declaring the county a "2nd Amendment sanctuary" and stating the board's intent that county funds and staff not be used to enforce laws they consider to infringe on those rights.
