The City of Kenedy Planning and Zoning Board voted Feb. 6 to approve a variance allowing placement of a manufactured home at 242 Booe St, described in the minutes as Block 5, Lot 63 in the JDN Addition. Code Enforcement Officer Tino Garcia presented the request under Ordinance 11-11 (Section 8, 'SF' Single Family District; Section B, 'Use Regulations', Article (a) 'Permitted Uses' (1), Ordinance 08-9-2011).
