The City of Kenedy Planning and Zoning Board on Jan. 2, 2025 recommended approval of a vacate-and-replat that would consolidate portions of Lots 110–112 in the J.D. Nichols Addition into a parcel to be known as 131 Graham Rd.; the board recorded the motion and approved it after a staff recommendation.

The City of Kenedy Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval on Jan. 2 of a request to vacate and re-plat land conveyed to Alicia Sandoval, consolidating all of Lot 112 and parts of Lots 110 and 111 in Block 5 of the J.D. Nichols Addition into a parcel to be known as 131 Graham Rd. Jaime Albiar, the city—uilding Code Officer, presented the request and recommended approval; the motion to approve was made by Salvador Vela and seconded by Gretchen Dupnik, and the board recorded that the motion carried.
