Council backs Gold Cross EMS cost increase and passes resolution supporting levy option
Weyauwega approved a $13.46 per-capita Gold Cross EMS agreement for 2025 and passed Resolution #667 supporting a levy increase option for consortium members if needed to meet service needs.

Mayor Rich Luedke reported that Gold Cross Ambulance Service has expanded the consortium to include the Village of Greenville and Town of Ellington and plans to add a fifth ambulance. The per-capita cost proposed to consortium members for 2025 increased slightly from $13.17 in 2024 to $13.46; Council voted to approve the $13.46 per-capita agreement.
