The Duval County Commissioner's Court voted on March 30, 2026, to "approve and accept the completed Duval County Audit," a motion made by Commissioner Pete A. Guerra (Commissioner, Precinct 1) and seconded by Commissioner Adalberto M. Vera (Commissioner, Precinct 2). The meeting minutes record the motion "carried with all members voting 'Aye' and 'Against' none."
