Dean Schultz of Excel Engineering presented plans for a 2,915-square-foot addition at the QuickTrip site, explaining the west elevation houses electrical and cooler equipment and requesting relief from an exterior-articulation condition. "There is an existing, cooler... that's where our electrical service comes in... we were hoping not to touch that facade," Schultz said, asking the commission to modify the condition.
