The Onondaga County Environmental Protection Committee approved a resolution authorizing bond issuance to fund the Metro UP comprehensive asset renewal project. The chair said the project follows a study into which upgrades were needed and described it as a vote to act on that study; the motion carried after a second and an affirmative voice vote.
