County staff explained that the Vincents applied to cancel Lots 239 and 240 of Stallion Springs Unit 2 and to combine those platted lots with an adjacent 98‑acre tract, taking access through the platted lots. Staff said the request is processed under the Local Government Code provisions that allow a cancellation of all or part of a subdivision plat, subject to notice requirements.
