Primary-school construction on schedule, district and contractor say
Project executive Matt McManus said underground plumbing and electrical work for the primary school is substantially complete, precast plank installation for the second floor is underway and gym walls are up; he reported no safety incidents and ongoing coordination with city inspectors.

Matt McManus of Resilient gave a construction progress report on the district's primary school, saying underground plumbing and electrical work and first-floor slabs are substantially complete and crews have begun setting precast plank for the second-floor structure. "Going through, the one thing that just did happen is all the load bearing masonry for the majority of the northern part is complete," McManus said, adding structural steel and elevated stage slabs are in place and that inspections and city coordination are going well.
