Board grants conditional final plan approval for JDJ Rentals/Stoltzfus poultry barn, approves related stormwater agreements
Following a Planning Commission recommendation and revisions to plans, the board granted conditional Final Plan approval for the JDJ Rentals/Stoltzfus Poultry Barn and approved the Stormwater O&M and Financial Security agreements; signing will occur later.

The board voted unanimously to grant conditional Final Plan approval for the JDJ Rentals/Stoltzfus Poultry Barn following the Planning Commission recommendation and the addition of required notes to the plan. Township Engineer John Weber said the conditions included a Highway Occupancy Permit note and an owner acknowledgement and waiver of the Fire Chief’s recommendation. TeamAg representative Randy Hoover reviewed the changes on the revised plan and asked the board for conditional approval.
