The council approved terms for Howe Economic Development Corporation board members Sharla Ross, Brandon Grooms and Kent Lowder after a motion by Shawn Tyler and second by Ed Whitfield; the minutes indicate unanimous passage. The council also voted to allow the Howe EDC to contract with Munson Law Firm for a potential real estate transaction following a motion by Ricky Price and second by Chad Woods; that motion likewise passed unanimously.
