Council approves deed for Lot 59 Pueblo (Parcel R9017)
On July 14 the Howardwick City Council approved a deed for Parcel R9017 (Lot 59 Pueblo) after staff said the lot had been approved for sale; the motion passed with Matt recusing himself, according to the minutes.

Sandy (City Secretary) told council that Lot 59 Pueblo had been approved by the city to sell and that only deed approval remained. Council member Jada moved to approve the deed for Parcel R9017 and Mary seconded the motion. The minutes record: "Jada made a motion to approve the deed for R9017. Mary seconded the motion. Vote taken, Terry was in attendance now, all approved with Matt recusing himself." The motion passed with Matt recorded as recused.
