The City Council conducted a public hearing on Zoning Application Z0426‑0448, submitted by Ricky Ponton, to rezone 1402 and 1406 Rodeo Center Boulevard from General Retail to Planned Development – General Retail and to allow an electrical contractor office and warehouse with accessory outdoor storage under a Conditional Use Permit. The agenda records one response in opposition and none in favor from property owners within the statutory notification area. Council approved the ordinance by Ordinance No. 5260.
