Members clarified the relationship between the CWG and external housing efforts. S2 explained the board was asked to suggest names but that Habitat for Humanity is leading a work group charged with bringing recommendations. S9 (staff from the regional development authority) told the group the RDA has prepared a preliminary toolkit of regional and state best practices and is awaiting confirmation on a grant application for a housing market analysis that would include Powhatan County.
