Committee adds and corrects Economic Priority parcels on county map
Planning staff added several parcels (including parcel group 427 A/B/C) to the Economic Priority layer and removed an accidentally included split-zoned parcel; members agreed the edits reduce the EP total slightly but keep the targeted commercial share above the committee’s 15% benchmark.

Staff reported that an oversight left several recently rezoned parcels off the Economic Priority (EP) map; the work group agreed to add parcel group 427 A/B/C (and related adjacent parcels) to EP and to add one tier-4 site that had been rezoned. The chair and staff walked the group through the Luxeam/Luxe Davis area and confirmed the additions should be included.
