The board discussed a tax‑abatement application from Roger Bridal and was told by Chair (S1) that Amanda recommended denial because the exemption paperwork arrived after the deadline. Chair explained Bridal appears to have an approved military exemption moving forward but owed an initial year of taxes and "she's working with him" and the bank may help pay the outstanding amount: "Amanda's recommendation was that they would not grant the tax abatement." (Chair, S1).
