The Legislature recorded a series of introductions and tabling motions for capital projects affecting the Northwest Quadrant Pure Waters District (NWQPWD), the Gates–Chili–Ogden Sewer District and the Rochester Pure Waters District. Projects include general pump-station, interceptor and treatment-plant improvements; electrical and aeration upgrades; preliminary treatment improvements; CSOAP tunnel improvements; biosolids handling; and primary scum collection improvements.
