The New Strawn City Council voted 4-0 Thursday to adopt Ordinance 2025-04, incorporating the Uniform Public Offense Code (UPOC) as presented. Councilmember Stephanie Baker moved to adopt the ordinance; Dan Haller seconded, and the motion passed by show of hands.
