Commissioners agreed to schedule a strategic-planning session to develop the commission's action plan for 2027 and a new reporting format. The group discussed options to replace the regular November meeting and settled on looking at an October date; staff said October 8 was being proposed with a 3–7 p.m. window to allow a four-hour planning session.
