The Lindale Planning and Zoning Board on July 13 approved the final plat for Eagle Meadows, Phase IX, a subdivision covering 11.38 acres on Wood Springs Road that will create 37 lots. Steven Lloyd, the city's Director of Planning and Development, introduced the item and noted the subdivision began in 2019.
