The Comprehensive Plan Update reports that Chattahoochee County’s population decreased from 11,267 in 2010 to 9,181 in 2023, an 18.5% decline, and that the Non‑Fort Benning Area (Census Tract 201) fell from 3,016 to 1,776 (about 41% decline).
