NDOT engineer cites ~8 mph average reduction after speed cushions in program data
NDOT staff presented follow-up data from 38 projects showing average speeds fell from about 32.7 mph to 24.4 mph after vertical measures; higher-percentile drivers showed even bigger drops, the presenter said.
