Jerry, the city’s comprehensive-plan grant administrator, updated the Ivanhoe City Council on the Resilient Communities Program process and said the plan is approaching a 75% draft milestone required by the Texas General Land Office (GLO). He reported that the planning portal had 221 visitors and that the team expects to submit the milestone materials to GLO as early as mid-December.
