Commissioners approved a planning and zoning technical-assistance agreement with the River Valley Regional Commission (RVRC) that will run from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 with an annual fee of $6,000. The contract provides consultation and advisory services to local officials and staff, preparation or review of zoning amendments, assistance to the planning commission and board of zoning adjustments, and map maintenance.
