A newly seated commissioner described experience in development and historic preservation, and the commission asked staff and members to assemble a prioritized action plan (low-cost and longer-term items) for city-manager review and possible budgeting.

A newly seated commissioner introduced themself and described professional experience in real estate development and historic preservation work. "I'm from New York City, and I do real estate development actually, which seems to be a contradiction being on this committee, but I actually have done, a lot of historic preservation work in New York City," the commissioner said, and noted an interest in adaptive reuse and downtown revitalization.
