Members used the Aug. 11 meeting to preview items expected on the Aug. 25 agenda and later. Chris Arsenault said the board would see a resubmittal or modification related to a Powder Mill property and several zoning amendments "most of them are are housekeeping." He also said the town expects a marijuana renewal hearing in September and a separate medical-marijuana special-permit petition from Mass Wellspring.
