The full story

The township's Planning Commission reviewed multiple land-development matters and sent recommendations and conditions to the Board of Supervisors. For Sunvest Solar LLC's Jefferson Solar Plan (preliminarily submitted June 30, 2025) the commission recommended approval provided the plan is judicially determined to have been administratively complete and the developer addresses engineer HRG Inc.'s review dated Sept. 15, 2025. The commission singled out four items the developer must satisfy: show the power-line tie-in building location on the plans, clarify access on drawing C300, specify the lay-down area surface treatment, and identify Township access for periodic stormwater-basin inspections.
