Eric Jensen of EJ Municipal presented proposed revisions to the Town of Lyman's comprehensive plan at the Jan. 13 council meeting, asking the council to expand the town’s Urban Growth Area to accommodate more residential growth adjacent to the current boundary and to more fully address transportation funding approaches after receiving feedback from the Skagit Council of Governments on the draft Transportation Element.
