Telluride rolls out phase‑2 of comprehensive‑plan update, launches interactive story map

Consultants from Logan Simpson presented the phase‑2 schedule and showed an interactive story map with existing‑conditions data covering housing, deed‑restricted inventory, mobility, and environment. The map aggregates building permits, housing occupancy and deed‑restricted unit locations and will be posted for public review ahead of late‑September in‑person focus groups and land‑use workshops.
