The assessor's office reported a structure in Precinct A built between 2022 and 2024 without a recorded building permit. Assessor staff said aerial imagery and a conversation with the owner indicate the building is largely garage/shop with stud walls and incomplete wiring; the owner told staff he was previously told a permit was not required.
