Council unanimously votes to enter closed session on appointments, property and code matters

At the end of the work session the council voted unanimously to convene a closed session under Virginia code to discuss appointments, disposition of public property in Buckroe and Grandview, a lease agreement for vacant property and inoperable-vehicle code provisions; the motion passed with recorded ayes from the council.
