Development services staff briefed the commission on the Unified Development Code (UDC) update diagnostic and gap analysis presented by consultant Kendon Keyst. Staff said the diagnostic identifies where the current code diverges from the comprehensive plan and that the consultant will return for a joint PNZ/council workshop on Aug. 4 at 5:30 p.m.
