At its Nov. 17, 2025 meeting, the Burkeville ISD Board of Trustees voted to adopt TASB Board Policy Update 126 "as presented." Trustee Noble made the motion and Trustee Summers seconded; the minutes show a unanimous roll-call vote (6-0-0).
