Councilmember Devin Keating said the Stormwater Commission will use the second council meeting in May as a public education session to meet the borough’s 2026 MS4 community-education requirement and to provide residents with guidance on small actions they can take at home. Keating said the session will be recorded and posted to the borough website as a permanent resource.
