Kewanee moves forward with downtown reconstruction engineering despite reduced scope
Council approved an engineering services agreement with Hutchison Engineering for Phase III construction engineering on the downtown reconstruction project; the $3 million DCEO grant awarded earlier remains but the project scope has been reduced due to higher costs. Vote was 4-0.
