Council approved several building and repair permits July 13: a storage building for Baldomero Arredondo at 300 S. Pine St., leveling and securing an existing manufactured home, and permits for a trailer/portable building and a livestock-auction addition pending fee payment.

At the July 13 meeting the council approved a set of building and improvement permits submitted between July 7–10 and otherwise presented under agenda item 20. Council Member Diane Grimes moved to approve a building permit for Baldomero Arredondo to install a storage building at 300 S. Pine St.; Council approved leveling and securing an existing manufactured home for Andnes Valtierra and approved a trailer/portable building and fence permit for Keelon Williams at 500 Cottonwood.
