Council ratifies FOP contract with pay increases, bonuses and a capped 457 loan program
Harper Woods approved a labor agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police covering patrol officers and dispatchers through 2028, including a 2.5% pay increase (years noted in contract text), signing and retention bonuses, a $3,000 cap on a 457 loan-match program, and retroactivity to 01/01/2026.
