Board schedules multiple appeals for August–September hearings
The Oneida County Board of Adjustment confirmed a hearing for Erin McCormick on Aug. 13, 2026, scheduled Daniel Demers for Sept. 3, 2026, and set BHMQ LLC appeals for Sept. 16, 2026 in Minocqua; notices were sent for those hearings.

At the July 30 meeting the board confirmed scheduling for several pending appeals. Appeal #2600565 (Erin McCormick, TL-1272-2E) was confirmed for August 13, 2026 and staff indicated public hearing notices were sent. Appeal #2600600 (Daniel Demers, CR-523) was scheduled for September 3, 2026. Appeal #2600627 (BHMQ LLC, MI-2206-13 & MI-2206-16) was scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026 in Minocqua; representatives F.J. Frasier and Atty. Tim Melms attended the meeting to represent BHMQ LLC.
