The Select Board reviewed correspondence and evidence about a series of organized events run by a group referred to in the transcript as Vermont Sun. Staff said the town's permit listed three specific roads (Lake Delmar Road, Ferndale Road and Fern Lake Road) and that use of an additional road (recorded in the transcript as Lester/Lake Whitehead Road) was not included; staff advised that the organizer must sign and comply with the town permit or risk denial of future permits.
