Council approved Item 26‑046 for the city to participate in the commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C‑PACE) financing mechanism through NF Capital. Councilmember Rodney Peek moved to approve the participation; Councilmember Angela Addison seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
