At the July 13 meeting the Cass County Redevelopment Commission recorded the following formal actions: the agenda was amended to permit the swearing-in of John Heckert; meeting minutes from June 15 and the joint executive session of June 30 were approved; Case 2601 (DTE Energy CHP application) was approved by voice vote; commissioners authorized attorneys to draft and circulate an MOU/resolution clarifying LU's role in operating potable water after construction; and the commission agreed to forward proposed TIF and maintenance budgets to the county council for consideration.
