The Colorado County Commissioners voted 5-0 to release Performance Bond No. 0834055, which had been posted by Skybeam, LLC (doing business as Rise Broadband), for a right-of-way project on Henry Street, Honeydew Lane, Glen Flora Road and Carter Walker Road in Precinct 4.
