Board members voted unanimously to approve a "RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE ADMINISTRATION TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REDUCTIONS IN PROGRAMS AND POSITIONS AND REASONS THEREFORE." The motion was made by Board Chair Timothy Homstad and seconded by Brian Granholm; recorded vote: Yea 5, Nay 0, Absent 1.
