The Anderson-Shiro CISD Board of Trustees voted to approve a resolution of agreeability for Comptroller Application No. J0035 under the Texas Jobs, Energy, Technology, and Innovation Act on July 14, 2026. Trustee Brandon Novosad moved the resolution and Trustee Kevin Smith seconded; the motion carried 5 to 2.
